semi perminant storage building
 

My current boat storage situation is less than ideal and unfortunately I won't be getting into a different living situation for at least two more boating seasons. Fortunately my uncle lives right across the road from the boat launch, I have been storing my boat outside and of course keep it covered and it does stay surprisingly clean for being out in the elements. But not as clean as i'd like!

I have ample room to put up some sort of a semi-perminant shed or car port type thing. The area I park is a decent gravel lot. I have been browsing some sites but would like some input from those who have experience with something like this and can offer some advice and of course throw up some pics if you have them.
