Anyone know of a website that lists tower reviews. Also any suggestions on a tower under $1,200 that performs as well as it looks.

Thanks Ryan

What boat are you looking to put one on?

Check out Monster tower. I don't know of a website that has tower reviews but that sure would be nice. If you go to the Monster Tower site you can check out pics of boats that are just like yours or similar and see how the tower will look on your boat.

I have one on my Sport Nautique and it works great. I have tower speakers and 3 board racks on it and it doesn't rattle at all. I don't have to fold it down but if you did it isn't that hard at all. I do have to check and make sure all the bolts are tight every 10 or so trips just to be sure that it won't be making any noise while we are on the water though. But that is a small price to pay for getting a tower that only cost me about 800 bucks. I bought mine used and it was 3 years old at the time and it is still holding up great.

Ken, nice looking tower. I sent a copy of your post to a buddy that has a lake place on Canyon Lake (Texas) and is looking for a tower.

One question..., it says "Deck Mounts are 7 1/2" apart"; do you mean 7 1/2 feet front to back. I didn't understand.

ken thumbs up. got any mounted pics? where is spring branch? is that stainless.

olskooltige 12-10-2007 6:27 AM

I'd like to see that installed. Looks very non-universal.

bulletlines 12-11-2007 11:12 PM

Sorry, I made a typo. The deck mounts are 7.5' apart.

The pick above is polished aluminum

This tower was specifically engineered to look like a custom tower, but it is fully universal within the specs I posted.

We are located in Spring Branch TX., just Southwest of Austin TX. Anybody nearby us is more than welcome to pickup the tower, and save on shipping.

Here is a pic of this tower installed on a boat in Australia. BTW... We stock all the accessories on this tower...

(Message edited by bulletlines on December 11, 2007)

You may also want to take a look at a Titan Series I tower. It definitely fits your budget, and because it is custom made for your boat, the ease of installation and stiffness of the tower are very impressive.

Effortless folding that takes less than 30 seconds, and a solid structure that doesn't flex, rattle or shake, even with a full load of accessories are the big advantages of a custom made tower like the Series I.

You can get more information on the Series I at Wakeside.com

Man I like that bulletline. I wonder how hard it is to sell a used Monster. I want something powder coated black anyway.

Anybody want to buy a used Monster Tower?

g_miller 12-15-2007 5:58 PM

Titan I gets my vote for best built, price, and looks for the buck. After 4 months of research last season I finally decided on Titan. Check my profile for a pic.
I will say, that bulletlines tower looks sweet in black.

What does shipping run on bullet tower? I like that style the best.

lovin_the_wake 01-10-2008 7:04 PM

Ken, Any plans on making that tower for a wider beam ? I really wanted to buy one of those when I was tower shopping but my beam is like 104"

bulletlines 01-11-2008 7:16 AM

David,

Shipping is $200.00 to FL.

We have already manufactured this same tower for a wider boat. The tower can now fit 76" - 108". I have 2 of these new wider towers in stock right now.

Thank you,

Ken Land
Bullet Lines
www.bulletlines.com

lovin_the_wake 01-11-2008 8:09 AM

can the tower be used for top mount ?

etakk7 01-11-2008 8:17 AM

sweet tower ken - nice to see more competition and innovation in towers

bulletlines 01-11-2008 9:02 AM

Yes, the tower can be used for a top mount.. The tower mounts swivel 360 degrees at the tubing. Look at the mounts on the polished tower; the mounts are in a top mount position.

Thank you,

Ken
