2012 Sunglasses

What sunglasses will you be rocking in 2012? I'm ready to buy a new set to wear out on the boat this year. Post up some pics of what you're going to be wearing. Cheers!!

I'm up to about 30 pairs, so, as many different shades as possible. But, I'm mostly loving the Von Zippers right now.

I hope you get them for free or something. $3k or a little less in sunglasses!

I've been collecting over the last 8 years or so. It's no different than acquiring shoes or clothing or anything else over time. I love me some sunglasses!

I have had multiple glasses from Oakley and Spy. Recently I bought some glasses from here http://fortresseyewear.com/ They are cheap enough that I don't get over worried about them but nice enough that they seem to have pretty decent optics.

They are the best glasses that I have ever had that cost under $40 and are polarized.

Maui Jim Longboards.
I spend every day in the sun. My eyes cant afford cheap shades.
I actually put the cost into my schedule C as "protective eye wear" My accountant doesn't even blink. LOL.

Just grabbed a few pairs yesterday:

Oscar Magnussen Alber's
Ray Ban RB 4166
and some Prada sheilds I'm buying off my buddy.

Last years boating season was hard on my glasses

Bomber Eyewear http://www.bombereyewear.com/ has some really good looking glasses that will actually float, and Knockaround http://knockaround.com/ makes really nice, super cheap glasses. I own glasses from both brands, and have Maui Jim and RayBan. I usually prefer the Knockarounds because there is really no worry as to losing them or breaking them because they are $15-25, and the Bombers will float if they slip off, and are super comfortable because they are lined with foam. Things I can't say for the more expensive shades.
