Hi guys, I have been looking at some videos with mobe's and flat rotations, and I have been wondering, Is there any tension on the rope when you pass the bar around? It looks like it's effortless. Any help would be great
Thanks

no one?!
|
depends on the trick
|
on flat rotations?do you have any tension in the rope?
tks for the input cody
|
you mean an on axis spin? like a 360? if so, there is tension on the way up, but on the way down when you spin theres some slack in the rope.
|
do you do something to get this slack? or does it happen naturally? did the question make sense?!?
tks
|
For an on axis spin, wait until you are in the air. Pull hard with both hands to initiate the spin. By pulling hard, you will not only begin to rotate, but you will give yourself the necessary slack in the rope to be able to pass the handle. Hope this info helps, good luck!!

-Steve

thaks steve. I'll try it.
thanks for your time

on inverted mobes like crows you are supposed to take the trick up and over the top more than out in order to create slack to pass the handle on the way down for the last backside 180
