I know that wakside has the addictions but is there any where else to buy them or they it? Thanks, Mike

nvs1.net

We now have a local dealer in houston too. Texas Tige

malibuboarder75 03-16-2006 8:35 PM

Sweet, I might buy them there instead of dealing with shipping.

mgg 03-16-2006 9:16 PM

The reason I ask is because I will be adding them to an ilusion tower on my Malibu and Wakeside is charging an extra $250.00 the mounts on top of full retail for the speakers.

bear 03-16-2006 9:32 PM

I'm facing the same thing mike. I talked to the guys at nvs and for the illusion tower mounts they charge extra too. I think I'm going to go with wakeside since they give credits so i can buy something else too.

mgg 03-16-2006 9:37 PM

Well it sounds like wakeside is the awnser then. I just wanted to make sure that there was not a better deal out there. Thanks.

Enjoy! NVS are the best.

mgg 03-16-2006 9:52 PM

Does anyone know if you have to mount them in an exact location on the illusion tower? I have some boss x630's on there now and was hoping they would not get in the way.

jarrod 03-16-2006 10:00 PM

The mounts on the NVS are adjustable (left and right) You can adjust the distance between both mounts also.

Do the NVS rotate on the mount ? Can you swivel them to face forward or would that require removing the clamp ?

Hey guys NVS or Wet sounds?
Which is better?

acurtis_ttu 03-20-2006 8:56 AM

Greg, I heard the wetsounds speakers about a year ago, and from what I rememeber they sounded really good. I'm anxious to hear them again. I currently have a pair of NVS 1010's.

We are as competitive as possible when it comes to price, so if you find a better deal out there, give us a call and we'll match it.

Also, don't forget that orders at Wakeside don't have any sales tax, include free shipping, and earn you Reward Points for future purchases.

If you guys have any specific questions about the NVS product, please let me know.

mgg 03-22-2006 7:18 PM

Jason, I accually ended up ordering some from you yesterday. I was not saying that your price was bad. I just did not want to buy them from Wakeside and then see them for less somewhere else. I can't wait to hook them up. Iwill be running them with the boss X-630's. Mike

s4inor 03-23-2006 9:04 AM

Mike- I completely understand your concern, and I'm glad that we were able to earn your business.

What amp are you going to be powering them with?

Jason

If you are around Houston Texas, Texas Tige sells NVS speakers. They have some on the floor that you can look and listen to.
