hey i just started working on a toe front and keep landing board down but sliding out on my butt any help is appreciated.

reach for a grab on the board,you probably won't grab it, but it will help with the rotation, that and thinking about landing with your chest over your toes,you pretty much have to try to over rotate this trick... those were key to landing this trick

grabbing definitely helps with completing the rotation whether you actually get the grab or not. I actually tried this trick all weekend and was sliding out every time til my last set today. I realized you really have to WAIT for this trick as you really need pull from the rope to get threw it. Also, it started clicking more for me when I thought about throwing the flip almost away from the boat as to not rotate toward a crow. This trick kept me frustrated all weekend.
