I think the Shredtown crew videos are some of the best "non-pros" I have seen. Seems like vimeo is full of great videos of both pros and ameteurs.

It's awesome that there are so many talented people making these videos. With the exception of snowboarding I don't there is another industry that has this number of people making quality videos.
