Keep the old Broadcast 4'9'?

So, I picked up an older Hyperlite Broadcast 4'9 off of Craigslist for pretty cheap as my first wakesurf board. I'm 5'10 and 165lbs

I've been struggling a little with keeping the nose from diving. I rode a Liquid Force Fish 5'6 at a demo day and it had a decently agressive rocker on the nose and I never had any issues with it submarining. I was able to get a reasonable price on a 2013 new, so I pulled the trigger.

I'm sure that I could flip the Broadcast pretty easy, but I'm not sure if I should keep it or not. I'd imagine it'd be a good board for lighter weight riders. They are both pretty much entry level boards, so I wasn't sure if they'd be redundant...

It's probably worth noting that I've got a Supra Sunsport direct drive with around 1,200 to 1,400 pounds of ballast...

Thoughts?

Entirely possible. I am a wakeboarder and snowboarder and have never really surfed beyond this, so I'm still learning foot placement and stuff w/o anyone to really coach me.
