how do you make a sequence photo?
there are cameras that can take sequence pics
but the ones that have 1 background and then like a few shots of a guy
Like an animated GIF image?
You mean a photo like this...from the wakephysics book?

I did these a few years ago from some Hi8 video. Its a little crude but I'm no pro.

http://john.panelmagic.com/wakeboard.html

You just need something like Photoshop or Paint Shop Pro. The only way to do it from pictures is to have a 35mm camera with motor drive or an expensive digital camera that shoots 5+ frames per sec.

Video is the cheapest way to go.
but then how do u get the diff shots of the guy in one pic?
Duh, you push the button really fast. God you guys are dumb.
Import, cut, and paste.

Seriously, you need to learn to edit video and use a paint program on your PC. After that you will be ready to ask for more details.

Canon bundles a decent photostich program in with their digital cameras. It does a decent job, and is pretty easy to use. You can do better using photoshop, etc. but it will take much longer. I did the sequence shots in my profile using Canon GL-2 in progressive and then pulled the frames using cheap-o (free) Movie Maker 2, then stitched using Canon Photostitch.
