Would you purchase a hitch or ball attachment that helped you line up your ball to your trailer hitch when backing up to connect,(when you're alone).

no. Are you talking about the one that has a pole with a tennis ball at the end and there is one on the hitch and one on the trailer. It isn't that hard to just back up to it in my opinion. I worked at a dealership and towed more boat than I care to talk about and it wasn't that big of a deal to jump out of the truck a couple times and look.

You can get a backup camera for less than $90.

Just bought a wireless day/night camera at Costco $79

...I'v seen those.....they have like a metal v and when you hit it it angles the hitch onto the ball. <BR> <BR> <BR>....but no I wouldn't pay extra for it.....i might get out a couple of times to look but other than that its no big deal.

Just practice. I can back up to the ball without looking and not have to adjust the truck half the time. the other half of the time, i have to make one adjustment.
