I just bought a Non approved obrien vest. I think it was for slalom skiing because it wasnt made to last. I tore it up in like 4 weeks. I bought it for $30 just to see the difference between non approved and approved. Non approved is so much better but this piece of crap is tearing apart. What do you guys think of the rip curl stealth vest??? It looks comfortable.

I have a bunch of non cga approved vests and I think the best one so far is the O'neill Outlaw. It has really big arm holes unlike some of the other vests, and it's very thin, but not too thin where it hurts when you get some rough landings. It's still got some padding in it. Just like everyone says about everything.... try it before you buy it. With boats, boards, vests. Go to a wakeboard shop and try on some vests and see whats nice. If you dont have that luxury of a shop near buy, I suggest the outlaw.

I have had my stealth for a year now and I have worn it at least 3 days a week every week and it is still in perfect shape. Also the cummerbund holds the vest nice and snug Wouldn't wear anything else
