I've got loadsa grabs but these are generally just wake2wake, and 180 grabs. I've not got any shifty grabs and have tried recently a couple of times to get the twist of the method. <BR> <BR>for some reason i can't seem to get it right. i'd imagin if i went for a bs180 i could get round, but wouldn't be able to pull it back. any tips? it always looks like the pros just move their lower body rather than completely face away from the boat.

I'd recommend waiting for your to go for the grab or else you'll get pulled off balance. Also, little tug with your back hand as you come off the wake helps to keep the handle in. Good luck.
