I am looking into buying a new camcorder and I don't know which way to go as far as the recording methods. I am looking to spend roughly $500-$1000 but would like some real world experinces with either tape, hd, etc. pros and cons. I can figure out just about anything on a computer, so editing is not an issue. Just don't want to pick the wrong way. Thanks.
