with a grab....check it!
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rAQXWsHlZoA

tversetti 09-27-2008 6:30 AM

that looks pretty dangerous.

milehighrider 09-27-2008 6:58 AM

probably one of the dumbest things i've seen in a while!

cbk 09-27-2008 7:06 AM

Yeah, I really want my kids to love the water as much as I do, but there is no way I would do something like that. It just looks really sketch.....whatever though. Just my opinion.

1boarder_kevin 09-27-2008 8:27 AM

an edge catch would of broke that kid up or even killed him. wow

chrishopf 09-27-2008 8:33 AM

That looks like something Brittany Spears would do..

CH

stxr_racer 09-27-2008 1:23 PM

I thought it was a dumb thing to do as well. Can't see how it would benefit the kid in anyway!

projectely4 09-27-2008 2:58 PM

yea it's kinda dangerous, but it looked like the guy was in control. you could be holding your kid and trip on the side walk and it would be just as dangerous.

megatmoe 09-27-2008 3:46 PM

I bet mom wasnt around when he did that! 99.9% of moms would have lost it BIG TIME if they saw their husband doing that with their 3 year old!

steezyshots 09-27-2008 4:01 PM

RETARDED

skate_or_die 09-27-2008 5:40 PM

you guys are idiots. that was f#*Xing great! but i don't think my wife would let me do that...

dkmode34 09-27-2008 11:26 PM

aND TO THINK THERE ARE SOME SMART PEOPLE IN THIS WORLD WHO CANT HAVE KIDS!!! WHAT A DUM BASS

jaybee 09-28-2008 5:34 AM

skateboarder, by your post it seems it may have happened already with just a different ending.

roughrivermike 09-29-2008 12:35 PM

I would think that protective services would be interested in that video.

noti_dad 09-29-2008 12:54 PM

Coz, that is AWESOME!

I'd let/teach a 3yo to ride by himself. But that stunt of W2W with a kid in his arms was just stupid.

behindtheboat 09-29-2008 12:57 PM

Obviously none of you have seen Misc.

It's not that bad, I see dumber parenting walking down the sidewalk everyday.

sbt3 09-29-2008 2:27 PM

I have ridden with my daughter on the board with me several times. The earliest was at 6 months old. I myself am a very solid rider and have been riding for around 11 or so years. I don't think I would try to go wake to wake with her. She's almost 3 now and I went with her a few weeks ago again. I'm pretty sure if I tried w2w and crashed she'd never get on the board with me again not to mentioned she'd probably get hurt pretty bad which is why I would never dream of it. Plus you have to be going pretty fast to go w2w, when she rides with me we're barely going fast enough to keep me on plane.

Coz- That is sweet. I hope my daughter will try it next summer on her own too.

steezyshots 09-29-2008 2:51 PM

Having a 3 year old ride by themselves is awesome! But add a 200 pound adult in the mix if you catch an edge somebody is getting hurt, i'll bet the 3 year old..

showmedonttellme 09-29-2008 3:03 PM

I could jump the wake carrying a 20lb weight, but pretty positive that will never be my baby.

coz 09-30-2008 5:57 AM

Teach them in the pool that always works!

wayz 09-30-2008 10:11 AM

coz, what kind of board is that, the yellow one when he's riding on the lake? I've been seeing more and more small kids on the delta riding those. sweet photos!

coz 09-30-2008 11:51 AM

It's a white & red LF Nemesis with LF FUSION Wakeboard Bindings

tige21i 09-30-2008 1:08 PM

Nice bindings coz, I have the same ones. Good to see even the little rippers get the best.

hatepain 09-30-2008 4:29 PM

Videos gone he must have seen this thread.

ckkohl 09-30-2008 4:54 PM

hahaha

tomfish 09-30-2008 4:55 PM

The pool is exactly how we started. Our 5 y/o goes behind the boat now no problem but the 3 y/o is still kind of scared but he rips the pool.LOL

coz 09-30-2008 7:17 PM

Just keep someone in the water the first couple times to pump him or her up

homedawg678 09-30-2008 9:48 PM

The video got removed, what was so sketchy about it ?

skateonwater564 10-05-2008 6:55 PM

nick, a guy went wake to wake holding his 3 year old, and theres an interview with parks bonifay i read in an alliance a while back i think stating he learnt to waterski when he was about 6 months old, and a picture was included. look what came of that

homedawg678 10-05-2008 6:59 PM

So it was just a little dangerous with the 3 year old?
