I keep all my boards, skiis, surfboards, kneeboards, etc at a summer home. The heat is off - and it gets very cold during winter (below freezing temps inside). Does anyone know if freezing the equipment cause any long term damage or weakness? I assume fiberglass is OK, but what about some of the more exotic materials that high end equipment contains.

Should be fine, I just like to clean off my equipment before i store it away for the winter. Be careful if you have any snowboards or skis before putting them away make sure they are completely wiped off so they don't rust.
