Is the VIVA the same shape as the Covin?

no the viva is not the same shape as the covin they have a redesigned every board in the mens line with the exception of the ibex and mana.

The boots are so light it's insane, and supper comphy. The Viva board is not suppose to have the center fin and will have 4 removable fins. <BR>It will be different than the pics in the catalog.

What is the difference from the 07 One and the 09 One? I've ridden the One for 2 summers and I'll be getting the 09. What can I expect different? The new bindings look SICK!

The Vault is still the same as well. The One got a very minor change, it has just a bit more edge than it did last year....very nice touch.

The one will be a little faster and the rolled edge will be longer making it move forgiving also.It is black this year.

The boots have a closer bolt pattern to help prevent any flexing and the bottom of the plates have been cut out. this made the boots way lighter and makes the board fell like it's part of your feet vs standing on top of it.

I am gonna need to get some new boots for my coy.

yea, im lookin into buyin the 09 oes or the reliks for next year, which ones have more side to side movement?

the reliks have a lot more side to side flex than the ones.

hey does anyone know what kind of rocker the arcade is?

its like a hybrid rocker, continuous through the middle with kinks near the tip and tail

any1 here ridden the arcade or VIVA? curious how these boards ride as im sure a lot of people are! new graphics look great

didn't ride the arcade, but the Viva is a good riding board. It was just a little loose....but I ride with fins and some people don't so... <BR>I thought it was very responsive,tracked well on edge and fast.

from what i have heard the arcade rides similar to the gb legend. very fast with a lot of pop. it is the board that dean smith rides so be prepared to go big

I am looking towards the Viva. Loved everything about the Covin except for the kick. Wish it had a little more of a kick to it at the wake. Was just too smooth for me. Never could set up my trick because I could never get consistent on when I was leaving the wake as that board released so smooth. Didn't lack pop, but just wanted a little more kick at the top of the wake as that tells me in my mind when to initiate my tricks. Seems like they made that rocker a little more agressive. Can't wait to check that and their 09 Cells out. <BR> <BR>I am Riding the Gator Prospect with the Cells now.
