I live on a lake...I've sold my POS boat and I'm looking for a nice wakeboard boat that is under 18 ft. and 140 hp...according to the lake law. I need a boat that makes a decent wake...which boat should i go for. i can give you some names...Sea Ray, Gasron (sp?*), Caravelle, Larson, Baylor, Etc. Thanks for help!

Thats tough. The lake must be super small to only allow 140hp. Nautique made a ski tique back in the day that was around that length but would be way more than 140hp.
Sorry I am not much help.

You could try an old Correct Craft inboard. 1970's to 1980's but the newer the more house power. my boat is a 1976 Ski Nautique and it puts out a good wake and has about 110hp and is 17'9". good luck

Hummmm..... Those restrictions are going to make things tough.

Here is your boat, but is 9" too long and has 100HP too much.

http://adcache.boattraderonline.com/6/6/0/83520460.htm

I am sure you can find a nice boat that you can wakeboard behind.... I guess "a nice wakeboard boat" is whatever boat you can find to fit your bill and you get to wakeboard behind.
