My center ballast blatter split on my '01 Xstar. Does anyone know if there is a cheaper replacement than factory? It has three nossle attachments.

Do you have the blue or yellow bag ? Where did it split ? Seam or around nozzle ? My blue 01' center sack split along the round end seam- I just used a vinyle patch kit and glued the snot out it and problem solved. This was only about a 4 inch split so I guess it depends on how bad it is.

Sounds like yours broke in the same place mine did. I didn't think you could patch a seam split. I will try it and see if it holds. THX.

If it was a small tear it can be done. I used a waterbed repair kit and like I said glued the snot out of it but it held firm for 2 years before I sold the boat. Didnt look pretty but worked
