Slingshot question

Do the 2013 slingshot boards come with the fast track mounting hardware?

Ordered online, just want to make sure...

the boards will come with the screws and the female side that slides inside the fast track system. interestingly, the RAD doesn't come with 2013 fast track mounting screws...

saw a 13 whip the other day with a nice handle instead of the top bolts. Wouldn't give them to me with the reflex I picked up :(
