How many here skateboard in there off time.

wakeslife 10-02-2008 8:20 PM

player138 10-02-2008 9:47 PM

I've been skateboarding for about 11 years and wakeboarding for 3... More into wakeboarding though than wakeskating oddly enough.

ffmedic 10-02-2008 9:56 PM

We have a Quarter pipe on our front porch that gets used every day. I just learned how to rock and roll off the coping.

knarbar 10-03-2008 9:29 AM

I skate almost everyday in the winter to stay in shape and stay loose. Summer time here gets up to 110 so wakeboarding takes over and skateboard gets hung up unless I get the occasional urge.

ridinonair 10-03-2008 10:06 AM

I have been skateboarding for 11 years myself, still kick around now and then, but wakeboarding is far more my interest now. I still kill spin2win at a game of skate everytime he tries to step up! Ryan, keep workin on those fakie 360 flips, and I will stop pulling switch frontside flips during our matches brotha!

shredsickgnar 10-03-2008 10:12 AM

I've been skating for 13 years and wakeboarding for 11. I've probably spent more time on the water than on a skateboard though.

knarbar 10-03-2008 10:24 AM

Ah switch frontside flips eh? thats pretty sweet man. I used to land an occasional switch hard flip but havent tried it in so long Id probably get credit carded and that would SUCK

I Just finished building this for my buddy on campus....
4'6'' trannies (radius) on the small decks, 6' tranny on the wall ride with about 2 feet of vert to the rafters. Poured an entire concrete deck for concrete coping on the split side.

http://c1.ac-images.myspacecdn.com/images02/2/l_7383d3be41d4476aa629fdd1516080b4.jpg
http://c3.ac-images.myspacecdn.com/images02/56/l_c194325598784d4799f8f89b743a51e2.jpg

learning crail's and acid dropping on the vert wall.. ridinonair 10-03-2008 11:04 AM

I use to tear it up on a skate, was on flow team from DNA when they were around, and Vans but just mess around flat ground right now- I use to switch hard till I checked credit a couple times and gave up cuz I am a short dude

spencerwakeside 10-03-2008 11:20 AM

I skate almost everyday. Wakeside having a mini ramp in the back helps out a lot.

slaysher 10-03-2008 3:04 PM
