WINCH WARS 2013 RETURNS TO ACTION WATER SPORTS

July 29, 2013 – Fenton, MI – Michigan’s premier winch event, Winch Wars, returns Friday, August 9th for it’s 5th year to the front pond of Action Water Sports. Join us for a fan favorite; “under the lights” winch competition featuring advanced, pro, girls, and open wakeskate division. The event will be pulled by two high-powered winches towing athletes over the A-frame, incline box, and AWS kicker.

The day begins with registration for all divisions from 9 – 11AM. Practice runs from 10-1PM followed by jam style qualifying throughout the afternoon, and a head to head finals format under the lights at night. Early Registration is just $10 with a payout of over $5,000 in prizes.

Action Water Sports is located just west of the US-23 Highway at 8051 Old US-23, Fenton MI 48430
