Neat how everything is so slow that a horse drawn carriage is willing to walk between 2 street cars.

And no crackheads! Lol.

Still had jacka$$e$ pulling out in front of you even back then and guys running in front vehicles. More things change, the more they are the same. I wonder where the 16 year old girl driving crazy waving the finger to everyone. I am sure it is in the video. Maybe it can be like a where's waldo?
