Wakeboard Camps near Miami

I might be in Miami for work in October and I would love to try and spend a day at a wakeboard camp. Of course the "big guys" are all up near Orlando but I was wondering if anyone had recommendations for camps near Miami. I found a few online but there were no reviews and they seemed very excited to point out that you would learn behind a "real wake boat"... well I would hope so... and lots of pictures of little kids learning to get up. I am in my early 30's and looking to dial in a 360 and maybe an invert (tantrum?). I know one day is not a lot of time but I think I am pretty close to some of this stuff and could benefit from a pro instructor watching me ride. Would getting to The Wakeboard Camp up in Clermont be so much more worth it?

Also in the absence of a camp near Miami, any good cable parks in the area? I've only ridden boat and that could be fun as well.

This. They go out right by the stadium off of Key Biscayne.
