So I am picking up a lightly used 60 hours 2008 Sanger V210 next week. My Question is on transferring the Sanger lifetime Warranty on Hull, Floor and Stringers. The cost $250 to transfer this from the original owner, is it Worth it?

First of all, congrats. From what I have heard you will probably never need it but an extra $250 on a 30k boat doesn't seem like that big of a deal for piece of mind. Can you get the seller to pay for it or discount the boat some? Maybe split the cost with the seller?

Absolutely worth it. Most likely you wont use it but you have to protect the investment.

Agreed. $250 is cheap insurance.

I'll second...wait, third,...um forth what has been said...

CHEAP insurance and you will probably never need it. (like most insurances)

Do like Brett said and try to get a little discount action from the seller.

Great Thanks I just wanted to make sure I was needlessly throwing away $250, which I could spend on something else like HSE for the Stereo.
