Any one have a good recipe? <BR>Worked with a guy over the weekend and his wife made some that rocked. want to try and make it, last time I had a really good one was in MexiCali.

pretty easy, cube some pork shoulder and throw it into a pan with some olive oil, garlic and onions. pepper, salt, cumin. once brown, throw in big pot with chicken stock. cook for a while. add hominy, cook for a long while. when the hominy is about done add more onion, bellpepper. add jalapeno, serrano, etc to taste. get some lime, home made tortillas, avocado and eat like its 1999!
