Question on fins???

Hello,
I am new to this forum and wakeboarding. I have a real old board (hyperlite drifter) that I really like. problem is the fins are huge very difficult to do surface 180 and stuff. I took them off the other day and it was fun but I could tell it would have been better with just some smaller fins. Any idea where to get fins for a decent price. Is there going to be any issue with newer fins fitting in my board. I contacted hyperlite they never responded. Any helpful info much appreciated.

Hey Greg, did you get my message?

Jessie, No I don't even know where to check for it.

I'm guessing you have the v-tip drifter with the really big fish fins? unfortunately with that drifter the newer hyperlite fins wont work.

Take a look at cdifins.com they have a range of very adaptable fins that are quality made. A little pricey, but you'd only ever buy one set.

off the top of my head thats all I can think of for new/available fins that would work with the drifter.

Where do you live Greg? We might be able to point you in the direction of a boardshop that might have some older hyperlite fins they could let you have.

Thanks Jessie I have received the fins now I was wondering the size hardware to attach fins to board. I gave my wife the drifter and got a Premier with no fins.
