yes it will come with an adapter and it works quite well

Can you use the Tsunami pump on a Launch Pad bag as well? Do you need a special attachment to get it to work cleanly on the bag so you are not spilling water all over the boat?

You can use the Tsunami pump with the perfect union adapter on the Launch Pad sacs but the link fitting is proprietary to the Launch Pad Uber pump and Launch Pad Link sacs. You could make it work but it is not worth the hassle since the Uber uses 3/4" threads and the Tsunami has a 1" thread.
