With the normal rates, do they supply a helmet? Do they make a big deal about whether vests are CGA?

You have to wear a helmet no matter what which they supply, but you can't hit any obstacles with a rental helmet. It doesn't really matter if your vest isn't CGA though. I am not too sure about the rates though.
