I've broken my Tibia, sprained my ankle, jacked my shoulder, gotten stiches, and tweaked my neck. All of the injuries were not from inverts, but from just screwing around (big air). Just curious what the most common injury is, and what the most common way to get injured is.

Peace!

Hence I always wear a helmet, it is like clock work. I put on my vest and helmet, and don't even notice I am doing it anymore.

i haven't had this trouble with wakeboarding as much as biking, I never hurt myself on my bike jumping, its alays doing some dumb little thing like a stopie or a wheely, if you wear a helmet you can't get hurt.
