It will be in Lake Wales, Fl its off hwy 60 just east of Lake Wales. The lake is an old phosphate pit that MC has used for a lot of video. The lake is super deep and clean n clear. Starts at 9am.

What time do you think you will be heading out?

I dont know. Shane just came by here at 9:15 so... I would say they are getting a late start.

Will you be clear by 11:00?

Take your video camera.

I dont shoot video, but I do have my Nikon with me...

Shane told me Danny Harf was super close last weekend to landing a 1260!! I talked to Danny and he said he's gonna try and pull one off today. Good Luck

Any cool or new trick get landed?

I was only able to stay about a hour. Dont know what tricks but probably the BIGGEST AIR I've ever seen, and that was just the first few riders. Watkins had a HUGE raley, I thought he might even take the helicopter out.

I can't wait to see the video! After all the new tricks people have been landing lately it should be insane.

They should have a really awesome video. They had at least 10 cameras from all angles surrounding the entire lake as well as the helicopter filming too.

I just got back, let me go through my pics tonight and I'll get them posted tonight or first thing in the AM. Biggest air I saw was between Ricky G, Watkins, and Murray. Sharpe tried a bunch of TS double back rolls, but came up short. Parks rode in this one as well. Ricky G and Vandall were representing WC and living here in FL, I've never gotten a chance to talk to them, really good guys IMO. Well now since I spent the day out there, I have to get some work done at the office, lol...

Ricky & Randy are living there? Hmm thats weird. I saw them both riding a photo shoot out here in CA on Saturday. They were behind Ricky's boat. Looks like lots of fun.

wakegump, the 2 XStars with green on them are Parks(black) and Shanes(white). The white X2 is Betty Bonifays their mom. The PWT XStar is Andrews and the White and Black is Rustys. The XStars were definitely pulling the Worlds Best Riders and providing a nice sundeck for the ladies as well.

Its pretty cool to go and see Parks, Shanes, Rustys and Dannys boats all next to each other at their houses...even cooler when you get to ride behind them <img src="http://www.wakeworld.com/MB/Discus/clipart/proud.gif" border=0>

Shane landed a cleaner TS BS 720 yeserday. Got rained out Andrew and Danny still had to ride today.

shouldnt he try to get the 1080 down before trying the 1260?

Nah...1080 is old news. Would you rather land the 7th-20th 1080 (depending on who you talk to) or the 1st 1260? And I wonder if they have to commit to the 1260 or can simply stop at 1080 if they don't think that they can get around. I know I've landed 180's that I chickened out on a 360 with...lol

Loren, That will be a new trick! It looks sick when someone does a toe off 5 and brings it back to a 3. That would be so ill with a 1080! IMO there is no way it could be done. They are spinning so fast!! (Message edited by bigpapaf1f on September 13, 2007)
