I am looking to buy a used wakeboard boat. Which boats do not have good wakes for advanced wakeboarding. How is the Aztec Crow? Centurion Elite vdrive 1999?

I had a 2000 Aztec Crow.... it was a great entry level boat and was extremely reliable... I bought it because it was 50% lower in cost and had far more options than any other boat out there... but you sacrificed the quality fof the wake. You needed 50/50 weight from front to back... wake was washy.... and horrible in chop.... it is a flat bottom boat and rode like a tank... we used and abused mine... and it never failed us... but as for wake performance.... was a great starter.... but not for advanced levels... better off with older CC, MC, or BU....

Just on a side note... I had many pro riders ride with us back int he day of the Crow... the one common trait with pro riders... I have never had any say anything negative about the boat we used, our riding abilities.. our equipment or anything... always positive...

I always tell people... I would rather be in the ugliest boat... the worst wake.. etc.... and the worst rider on the lake... then being the guy sitting on the beach wishing I could be out on the lake...

the last sentence in your post is a fact................."I always tell people... I would rather be in the ugliest boat... the worst wake.. etc.... and the worst rider on the lake... then being the guy sitting on the beach wishing I could be out on the lake..."
