Problem with Tower Speakers
 

SO I have Skylon Rubicon 350's powered by a kicker 650.4. For some reason, I am getting some kind of feed back in my speakers, it is a ticking noise keeping the same rythm over and over...I carried the boat to a guy in town that specialize in this stuff and he tried several different things. But never found a fix. The only thing that half way worked was a ground loop isolater, however, when turning the gain control knob up on the tower speakers, the bass(sub) would go down more and more(with the gain all the way up on a seperate 350.2) as I continue to turn up the tower speakers.

Any help would be greatly appreicated? The noise is annoying!!
