Is it possible to pull off the foam on a 2005 Cassette 42" 4-Trac and put on grip tape. Is there any difference between the foam decks and the grip decks apart from whats stuck on top. Thanks

Yeah, just use mineral spirits or adhesive remover to get the foam off. Some models are under different names, but the only difference is the type of grip. Just do the research, you'll see for yourself. Griptape is always better anyway IMO.
