West Marine.

Many hardware stores also stock shock cord. You might also need some shrink tubing and some c clips for a semi-pro look.

Cheapest place that I've found it is REI

I just buy skinny bungee cords at home depot and cut the hooks off. Then burn the tips to make it look clean. Pack of 12 is like $5 or something.

I bought replacement bungee from this guy http://www.ebay.com/itm/WAKEBOARD-BU...196a42&vxp=mtr I searched Home Depot, Lowes, etc. and I couldn't find anything that was skinny enough to fit in my rack.

I got mine (for my previous boat) from REI. Better stuff than I had on the original equipment.
