Need prop help
Is your prop right hand rotation? If so then your transmission is a 1.3:1 (I think) and that will affect what prop you need. I have a 1990 Sunsport and I got a right hand 3 bladed ACME that works great. I usually run about 1200lbs ballast and 6 or 7 people with no problems getting out of the hole. I cant remember the exact numbers of the prop off the top of my head but I will look when I get home and let you know.

I'm almost 100% positive it's rh rot. but I'll make sure when i get home and if you can get me the number off of yours I'd really appreciate it <BR> Thanks in advanced

Chris, kinda off topic but what does your engine temp usually run at ?
My temp usually runs a little over 160.
hmmm ok just checking for some reason mine is running right at 200 I'll have to check it out thanks
Ok, I just looked and my prop is an ACME 1442. It is a 3 blade 13.25 x 15, 1" bore RH rotation. Like I said I have been very pleased with this prop but if you would rather have a 4 blade the other one that Bill Weeks (acme prop guy) suggested for my boat was the 654. Hope that helps.

Awesome thanks a lot for your help now I just have to make sure it's rh rotation
rh? supra has never used reverse rotation? most older skiboats ran a 1:1 tranny. there should be a tag on the tranny. you need to figure what you have. before this question can be answered
actually supra did have rev. rotation I know a few different people with the same boat as me and some have LH rot. and some have RH
