I have the cinch extender( the one you permently put on). It does make putting the stap through the loop a little tight(I have angle brackets also)when a kid rides but not impossible. It won't fall in the water or get lost in the boat. <BR> <BR>I have seen the new swivel bracket and the new extender would be required with that, I think.
