You need a prop puller.

Try Delta Prop. They give a discount for planetnautique members. Check the 'group buy' section on planetnautique.com for the coupon code.

I'm running the ACME 644. Lost a touch of top end, but not a big deal. I run about 1000# over stock ballast.

I bought mine from Wakeside, but I noticed they raised there price ($412). Look for Karl De Loof on WW (not sure if that's the right spelling), he will hook you up.

what size do you use.... 13.5 x 16 x 1 1/8th? That is what is on it now

I run a 644 on mine as well. Lost some top in but it is a rabbit out of the whole. It is much nicer when running heavy and the PP is better.

Get a prop puller and lay out a towel or blanket to protect the prop when it comes off because it will do so quickly once you get it loose.
