Personally I think its a great idea. Although the ride is short, it is still better then no ride at all. ALso you could go places and set up sliders where you normally could not.
It has alot of possibilities. But it depends on the type of rider you are, if you want to do land gaps and sliders in more of a session type atmosphere (like myself) it's great. But if your a boat purist, I guess not.

seems like alot of work
i think im gana get 1
Im curious as to how it will control the speed as the cable winds up the spool.
i cannt help but wonder what it will feel like with such a long rope, will it feel tight always or will it sway back and forth with momentum and take you for ride ot its own
i think it sounds pretty cool. very expensive though. i dont think it is worth 600 dollars. the guy is coming out with a new one, so i wonder how much its gonna be. it would be cool for places like u see in sfumato where they used it, but other than that, im prolli gonna stuck with boats, unless kevin gets one
but who cares how expensive it is if your dad's paying for it steve?

o ya, and take your boat out, its been waay too long since i've been out on the water.
