Jewel Protection

Im used to getting the occasional nut slap and burn from a crash that comes with wakeboarding but I just started trying toe side front rolls and the few times i have tried its been quite painful. Ive just picked up a pair of neoprene water ski shorts and i know about the Jet Pilot game changers. Its hard to spend 90 bucks on a pair of board shorts.

So the question is what are other good ways to protect my boys. Short of wearing a cup and jock strap while riding how do I not get the feeling of getting Junk Punched by Kimbo Slice. Thanks for the help.

I wear two pairs of board shorts and shed one after riding. People always ask me why I do it... I say because IT WORKS!!!

Jet Pilot has several other models of boardshort that have liners in them. The GameChangers are more expensive because the liner is removeable. Most (not all) of the Ride Shorts on the JP site have liners, the board shorts do not.

Here's an easy way to look at it. Are your boys worth 90 bucks?

i wear an old pair of khaki shorts over my board shorts. (make sure they are carpenter, you never know when you will need to carry a hammer)

Under Armor Jock works for me. Neoprene shorts are nice for the purpose, but are too hot for summer IMO.

I have a pair of used once 34 or 36 neo lined board shorts will post them in the sale section, if anyone pm's me an interest

Toeside front rolls are the worst for this. I will wear a pair of boxers under my boardshorts if I know I may be trying something new where I may need them. <--- basically free.

+1 for underarmor.... You can at least put your junk where you want it (for the most part) and it will stay, which helps

or I have some old JetPilots that had the extra protection/liner.... maybe like 5/6 years back is when I bought them. Check ebay and find some of the old ones.

barefooting shorts work well also.
