Anyone else get nervous before camp?

I could hardly sleep last night because my mind was wired - practicing and analyzing tricks in my head!

I'm considering the concussion my buddy took last weekend, the concussion I took last year, and the dislocated shoulder my best friend took a few weeks ago. I need to block that stuff out.

I've never been to a wakeboard camp but I'm sure you'll have a blast
The week I went to TWC there were 15 guys on Monday and 12 guys on Friday.

Mon AM: dislocated hip.
Mon PM: torn ACL.
Tue AM: dislocated shoulder.

Take it easy!

Thanks, Dane. That's just what I needed, buddy.

Dislocated HIP??? How did that happen? Maybe I don't want to know.

Hey look on the bright side, Wed. Thur and Fri. were injury free. So I guess you should work your way up to the tough stuff, don't throw it during the first couple of days.
|
My roomate dislocated his hip also. He was a first timer and locked his legs on the landing of a wake to wake jump. He said it was the most painfull injury he has ever had. I felt so bad seeing him hobble around for the next 6 months.

Have a great time and don't be nervous. The coaches have seen all levels of riders. Just get out there and have fun. Discuss your goals with the coaches right off the bat.
