I never see anyone riding the intracoastal waterway. What's the deal? Is everyone just off in local hot spots or what? Does the brackish scare away typical wakeboard boats?

I posted a topic in the Find A Third/Be A Third and haven't had any hits so far. I'm 23 and in dental school at UNC, but I'm down in North Myrtle Beach, SC for my summer break for a couple weeks looking for a pull. I'm good for gas money, beer, or labor (boat cleanup, etc). Where are all the ICW riders?

We ride the ICW...AKA ICDUB up here in Virginia Beach quite often man. Some great riding to be had. Let me know if you are ever up this way!

We hit it up all the time...but we're waaay down here near the western end.

I appreciate it, Chuch.
I know there's some sweet spots - even with the traffic on the main parts of the ICW around here it's still great riding because of the way the waterway dissipates the wake.

I know there's got to be some riders around the NC-SC border/Myrtle Beach area, right?

WEEKEND BUMP - So there are no WakeWorlders on the ICW near the Myrtle Beach area? That's just hard to believe.
