Hey man, looks like you are doing what 99% of folks do when learning this trick. Just opening up too early. I know it feels weird but you just have to stay tucked longer. A couple tips I would say to help would be to take a little more aggressive approach into the wake. Also try to think about trying to over rotate the trick. Another thing to try is to think about going for a indy grab on this. Even if you dont get the grab, it will help you to tuck a little longer and come up right. Hope that helps, good luck with it man.

you flatten out right before you start to get to the wash.... keep the edge up through the wake and trip it at the end.... you are loosing 80% of your speed before you even try to trip it....

Think of it as running full blast and you happen to trip your toes on a curb, use the speed and the momentum to get you around....

The good thing - is you are close, next just drop that front hand and land to the scarecrow - - super easy once you get this dialed in...

Looking at it again - look at your edge from when you start (you can see the spray from your board) - your body position is at an angle - - then you get 10 feet before the wake, you hardly see any spray - and your body position is definitely different than how it was when you started??- (edge?) it's gone.... so you've lost everything and at that point and no matter if you grab, or try to over rotate, you won't land - you need to keep the edge up and trip at the end of it - - then you won't have a problem.

I agree with Tim. I just learned these earlier this year and I used to do the same thing. Try to wait longer before you flatten off your edge.
