Just out of curiousity, how long does it take to wash your boat after riding?

My boat is used in Salt Water and it's stored uncovered on a boat lift on the water, so I have to be really anal about the whole washing procedure. Because I am so anal, I usually tell everyone to go and start the BBQ, haul the trash, put away the boards, etc., and wash the boat by myself. My typical time for Salt-Away Exterior Wash & Engine Flush and 303 Aerospace Protectant application (all exterior surfaces) is 1.5 hours.

Just curious to see what the average is.

Eh you sound about like me. Mine is fresh water. I will wipe down the seats with hot water than 303 them if needed. It takes me about 1 to 1 1/2 hours also. I don't think is anal its more how much you love your boat. I think in my strange little mind that if my boat is going to give me a killer pull than I am going to clean and take good care of her.

I don't spend near the time you guys do, but the time I do spend after each ride day I call "Therapy". Maybe its odd to some, but I really enjoy the end of day wipe down and detail and really don't care if anyone helps.
