behindtheboat 01-15-2008 2:27 PM

Nice! Is the GA stop that much better than an Orlando opener? I hope they don't use Lake Diaper in OKC like they did years ago.

brad63 01-15-2008 2:37 PM

kelwona is no longer i see, i wonder is they will hold it in pentiction

pete_moss 01-15-2008 2:41 PM

Where'd you find the schedule and does it say which lake the Twin Cities stop is on??

wakedad33 01-15-2008 3:05 PM

Brad, maybe Abbotsford.
Nick, Island lake park in Shoreview.

I hope Acworth gets some water soon.

jarrod 01-15-2008 3:21 PM

YESSSSS...final stop in Reno. Awesome.

You know it!!! Gona be off the chain!

Ay bay bay! LOL

brad63 01-15-2008 4:20 PM

Abbotsford would be so sweet. At like Albert Dyck or Cultas?

wakedad33 01-15-2008 4:52 PM

Brad, Abbotsford is all I heard.

supradoug 01-15-2008 4:53 PM

hopefully it is on the river in downtown OKC ...Draper sux and there is always bodies popping up.

headhunter 01-15-2008 4:55 PM

You would think by now the WWA would look for places that would increase #'s, and $'s. Sad, that in the UK and other places abroad draw 10 times the spectators that we do here.

wakedad33 01-15-2008 4:56 PM

Doug, Alex is calling for dibbs on your couch

supradoug 01-15-2008 5:00 PM

lol, i'm about 10-15 minutes away.....i imagine you are all welcome.

wakedad33 01-15-2008 6:02 PM

J-Rod, I'm stoked for Reno to. I mistakenly came home with $20 in Nugget chips that I have to give back

richd 01-15-2008 7:29 PM

Thanks for the email Randy.

That $20 will probably cost you another $100!

duffmangt 01-15-2008 7:55 PM

the fort worth stop at texas mastercraft again? gonna be sweet!!

raftisland 01-15-2008 9:31 PM

wierd that there is no pro tour stop for portland. seems like they have had the best water conditions out of all stops. stoked for the pro- ams

nuckledragger 01-15-2008 9:35 PM

Ah yes. Reno once again!!!

Hopefully the Fort Worth stop will be a little drier this year with a little less mud.

andy_nintzel 01-16-2008 7:31 AM

SO i guess we will be riding for a few days this summer huh Randy!

wakedad33 01-16-2008 7:38 AM

Andy for sure, I told alex about your new boat (your old one was pretty sick) he's stoked to see how many sacks you can fit in it

andy_nintzel 01-16-2008 7:43 AM

SOrry for the thread Jacking:

Randy I bet we can put more sacks in than the boat can move as usual. Nothing like making your boat move more than 4.5k worth of water! By the end of the year we actaully had to pump some of the water out to get the boat to plan we were putting so much in.

mobv 01-16-2008 9:00 AM

If it does not start raining in Georgia the first stop will have to be pulled with a 4 wheeler on mud. I crossed the lake on I75 Sunday and the site is totally dry.

bcrider 01-16-2008 9:27 AM

I hope they bring it back to Abbotsford that means I am only a 10 minute drive to the lake. It was one of the best locations due to the fact it is an old quarry that filled and is surrounded by trees so get a 3inch ripple at most across the lake. I don't think they would do cultus because in the summer the water gets worse then it would be in Kelowna. Albert Dyck is a much better spot it just gets crowded.

wazzy 01-16-2008 9:55 AM

Wait... I thought WWA Worlds was in Japan this coming year???

peterd 01-16-2008 10:49 AM

Yeah, what happened with Japan? Does anyone know?

Randy, Nice interview with Alex on the Wakeworld home page. Its good to see some love for the West Coast rippers.

brad63 01-16-2008 4:12 PM

So i was talking to a guy at my local dealer and he said Edmonton got the kelowna stop. Any info on that one?

teamvaldez 01-16-2008 6:02 PM

"lol, i'm about 10-15 minutes away.....i imagine you are all welcome."

Doug, you don't realize how many wakeworlders are going to wind up at your house!

wazzy 01-17-2008 10:02 AM

Peter... glad we didn't get tix to Japan, huh?

rpc29 01-17-2008 8:39 PM

They'll move it to another lake around Atlanta they don't get rain. It sure hasn't been raining much lately. Possibly one of the Georgia Power lakes, they seem to be able to keep water in their lakes unlike the Army Corps.

rnopr8 01-17-2008 9:14 PM

Yeah Randy...Congrats to Alex..I loved the interview....
