I can't decide what board to get. I have a beginner board right now and can rail slide and carve good. I want a quicker board and on that maybe I can learn some spins or tricks on. I weight 210lbs. I have been looking a liquid force and Inland surf. Any suggestions? What board do right how? Thanks guys

Scooter, you want to decide if you are a surf style (big air and spins) or if you like twin tip skateboard type tricks-(shuvits, spins.) I have not seen guys our size be able to drop back in the pocket and get big air, so I chose skim style, I weigh 215-220. The only company that is making (performance-shaped) skimboards big enough for us Heflers is Victoria. If you look at other manufacturers L/XL they are designed for 160-170# range. The Victoria Poly: XL-up to 210#, XXL- up to 230#.

Hey Jim, don't see you hear that much or do you mostly lurk? Can't wait to start the season.

That's not true that Victoria is the only "performance-shaped" skimboard style board. Victoria's largest wakesurf specific board is 55.79" long while Phase 5 makes 2 models over 57" in legnth for riders up to 230 pounds.
