Price of new X30 10 years ago?
 

Hello, I am thinking of purchasing a new 2014 or 15 Mastercraft x30. I am having hard time swallowing the cost:banghead: so I wanted to try and figure out how much these boats depreciate over 10 years under normal use. Does anyone know how much it cost for a new MC X30 back in 2004 or 2005? From there I can compare to what they are selling for now. Thanks!:confused:

MSRP on an 04 X30 was about $55-60,000 depending on options, you could probably get one out the door for $45-50k-ish then. So they've retained their value pretty well. But that's mostly due to the massive increase in wakeboat prices in recent years helping the used market retain a lot of value by inflating the prices. I'm pretty sure that we are going to see a plateau with these new boats now pushing $100k+ regularly, and the used market is going to begin to deteriorate a bit as the new boat prices begin to hold steady.
