the lakes i ski and board at are for sale. if i had the money i'd buy the place myself. the big lake on the left is great for wakeboarding . its 2300ft long and average depth of 8ft. the other lake is much better suited for slalom. you can't subdivide the place or else it would make a great place to build some houses. the lot next door is also for sale with an option to have a lake built. if anyone is interested, i would like to to try and get some partners( around 8-10) to possibly purchase the lot and have a deep lake dug for boarding. anwway if anyone is interested in either one let me know. the lakes ar listed at 4mil.

usually nothing. you will need to have someone dig a few test holes to determine that the dirt will hold water. some people have used this as well.

http://www.buildingskilakes.com/index.html

Maybe the Maloofs will be intrested, they are always looking to up thier anti. Wish I had the dough to pitch in, this would be a money maker in the long run. Can the wake lake(one on left) be outfitted with a cable run?

Thats sweet, I wish I wasn't 19 and broke. Whoever ends up purchasing this let me know. I'm from sac and would love to be able to ride and be involved in any construction etc. that goes on at these lakes.
