New Nautique system
Nautique has announced their new surf systerm. NSS
Check it out. |

Pretty cool.
|
I like it and I think it will be easier for me to copy and attach to my boat, so thanks Nautique.
|
Will it work for wakeboarding?
|
whats wakeboarding?
|
The system looks like it functions well but I have to say the volume and pitch of the wave was pretty weak. I haven't demo'd or anything, just watched the video, so I'm sure you can adjust it to preference, but it just didn't seem like a very big wave. They also need to get some team riders that can go a little bigger if you're going to showcase a boat that costs around $90K.
Anyway, I really like the direction of the sport and the momentum that it has technology-wise this year. Things are taking off and it's fun to be a part of the industry. |

This is small or minimal volume? Not taking a shot, just can't comprehend how somebody could think that wake has minimal volume

Sorry pic didnt post

^^picture to the left... How can anyone say that's not volume? I sincerely don't mean this as a confrontational question. But I would say there is some very sufficient volume in that wake

I know how not effective the wakegate on CC boats and I guess it's not better way if compare with the plates on Malibu. I never seen the same devices at the aircraft for correction of hull position and I don't know nobody who canceled hydrodynamics laws. IMO:rolleyes: |
I talked to Tommy Czeschin after he demoed this new device. He was very excited about how simple and effective it was.
He said that they didn't have much time to tweak with weight in the boats that he demoed but was sure the wake would be amazing with some time to get weight and speed dialed in. |
Not confrontational at all. Like I said in the post, just watching the video it didn't look that big. I'm sure it can be dialed in.
|
anyone else see or worried about the amount of exhaust seen blowing right into the face of the rider on those videos?
|
FAE is your friend!

Definitely a lot of exhaust fumes visible behind the boat.
