I BOUGHT 1000 FOOT OF ACCURATE FOR MINE. GO TO HYPERLITE DEALER. WORKS GREAT. SMOOTH PULL WITH ONE CONTINUOUS ROPE RATHER THAN SEVERAL PUT TOGETHER.

How long is too long though? <BR>And what did you guys do for your spools?

Also, how many of you guys went with a CVT vs a centripital clutch? <BR>Not sure if I spelled that right

make sure you put a torque converter or if you plan on deep water starts.

Also 1000 feet of Accurate line on ours, I would go that way. Great line!

Darin, <BR> <BR>We have releasing spools and our 2009 Aluminum Pimp Winch frames available. Our releasing spools freewheel on it's own set of highspeed ball bearings when pulling the rope out; nice feature to have so you dont have to pull out rope against the engine.
