Anybody riding the 08 Gator? I haven't seen it in person, but from what I have seen, it looked like a great new shape. The picture above of the 09 Gator looks like a pretty simple bottom design.

the Gator board is basically a 3-stage marek, they are made with the dame core. its super light and has huge pop

I love Gator but makes you wonder what is going on with Randall leaving. Is Gator going to make it? You always hear the rumors and with Randall leaving makes you wonder what he knows that would have him leave. He was THE rider for Gator. There really is no top comp riders (top 20) and Randall was the personality along with Gator. Hope there is nothing to it and Gator continues to be the number one indie company.

"You always hear the rumors" <BR> <BR>Their product line looks pretty good this yr. Lighter bindings is the things this yr, but their boards have caught my attention for the last few years. I want to ride the prospect, but haven't had a chance to get on it. I'm stoked on their gear this yr, i think they'll be fine.

and its not all about comp riding. Rattray, Gerry Nunn, Ricky, they got some riders. I'd much rather watch these guys ride than a 2-pass sequence any day.

How have you seen their 09 line?

The boots on Rattray's board are remarkably unpleasant to look at. The board itself isn't bad, but I prefer the graphics on the 08 Prospect... oh well.

I think Rattray's setup above is pretty sick. The boots look nice and it would be easier to get a feel for the graphics of the board if it wasn't all stickered up.

im ridin a mana right now.. but have been a huge fan of almost every gator board i have ever ridden... and now.. with these new designs... *whips out credit card*.. time to buy!!!

smart move. gator took burtons idea on the speedzone lacing hideaway things for the laces.

those Velcro boots are the best looking boots i have seen for '09 so far IMO! <BR> <BR>Looks like GB will be stealing the Vantage boot lovers from LF that have been crossing their fingers for a closed toe vantage. Not only do they have a closed toe version but it looks a lot more appealing too IMO <BR> <BR>good job GB!!! now just make a separate plate to adapt to the 4 hole mounting (slingshot) and you might convince me to give up my D2 boots... if the comfort is at least as good as the LF vantages. <BR> <BR>(Message edited by wakerider111 on August 16, 2008)

Hey what up this is Ricky G. Its been a minute since I have been on here, I wanted to let everyone know to check out the 2009 GB product when it comes out. Its our best product yet to date. You all know I have to recommend the 09 Ricky G. Board and bindings. The graphics are off the chain and the board rides perfect from beginner to pro like they always have. The bindings are by far the best and the lightest most comfortable of 2009. As far as the photo shown above of my 2009 graphics they are going to be whiter than what it seems to look like in the photo, so make sure you check it out. The reason I have been M.I.A this month and not being at Nationals and The Team Challenge event is I'm on call with my Daughter being born any day now. The Due date is the 28th, but we are hoping for a little bit sooner. I will keep you posted. I wanted to say thank you to everyone that continues to have GB's as well as myself's back. Ricky congrats on a new daughter thats on the way. I remember when your son was like 3 and your family used to come to the Malibu open back in the day. haha I even remember the stinger days back when we rode in the comps at Lower Castaic. <BR>Man where did the time go.

I'm glad everyone is getting amped about the new line coming out. I've had my new graphic for a few weeks now, and so far people who have seen it in person have really taken to it. Also the Phate boot is whats on my board in the shot thats on this post. The boots are unreal! if i didn't ride for GB i'd still tell everyone their the best boots i've ever ridden! i can't wait for expo to show everyone our line, and hopefully you'll have a chance to see the gear in person! its so sick!

2009 stuff looks great. I still love my 06 Watson but when I do upgrade, i think i'm going Gator.

Kyle, your new setup looks sick man. Them Boots are DIRTY. I would love to demo that setup one of these days. maybe retire this 3DS.
